Terms of use of DBS Consulting Services Limited gift cards. We reserve the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.
The value of your gift card can be redeemed with a supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions.
All gift card are valid for a period as described with the supplier, you are bound by their Terms and Conditions.
Each Gift Card shall automatically expire, without prior notice given by us, on the last day of the second (2nd) year from the day when that Gift Card was first purchased or such other timeframe as we may determine unless it is stated differently under each product.
Your credit card will be instantly debited on delivery of the gift card pin.
All our gift cards are delivered via email. If you do not get an email in 5-15 minutes, please check your Junk box and spam filters. If you still haven't received your email, please contact our support team.
In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, DBS Consulting Services Limited is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. DBS Consulting Services Limited cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Return and Exchange Policy
DBS Consulting Services Limited are happy to refund a gift card within 30 days of purchase. Once you or your recipient has redeemed your gift card with a supplier you are bound by their Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these at the time of purchase. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the gift voucher, directly to the card used to make the purchase. Refunds generally take between 5 to 10 working days to appear in the customer's account used for purchase. To request a refund please contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. If it's more than 30 days since you placed your order, we are more than happy to exchange your gift card for any other gift card on the website, up to the value of your current gift voucher. Please note that some products may be not refundable.We offer refunds on a discretionary basis, and each refund request is looked at individually. We do our best to provide a refund where possible, but please note that games that have been played or keys that have been redeemed are ineligible for a refund. Refund requests have to be submitted within 7 days of the delivery of the key by the Vendor to the Purchaser or Customer. Please contact support team for further information.

Feedback, Queries, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

- In the event of a complaint, please notify us on the cause of your complaint and give us any information that is relevant to your complaint. A Customer Complaint Officer will consider and respond to your complaint within 15 business days. Customer Complaint Officer will consider your complaint without prejudice based on the information you have provided and any information provided by digitalcartofcards.com. Within 35 business days of our receipt of your complaint the Officer will address all points raised in your complaint by sending you an e-mail ("Resolution Notice") in which the Officer will: (i) offer to resolve your complaint in the way you requested; (ii) make a determination rejecting your complaint and set out the reasons for the rejection; or (iii) offer to resolve your complaint with an alternative solution. In exceptional circumstances, if the Officer is unable to respond to your complaint within 35 business days for reasons beyond digitalcartofcards.com's control, the Officer will send you a holding reply indicating the reasons for a delay in answering your complaint and specifying the deadline by which the Officer will respond to your complaint (which will be no later then 15 business days from our receipt of your complaint.
- Offers. Any offer of resolution made to you will only become binding on us if accepted by you. An offer of resolution will not constitute any admission by us of any wrongdoing or liability regarding the subject matter of the complaint.
Account Suspension, Termination and Cancellation
- Hereby you are given knowledge that any time, digitalcartofcards.com, subject to its sole discretion is entitled to terminate your access to digitalcartofcards.com, its services and your account, including without limitation, digitalcartofcards.com‘s rights to the following actions:

- Right to refuse processing, to cancel and reverse any transaction, regardless if corresponding funds have been debited from your payment method; Or,
- Right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account; Or,
- Right to prohibit access to the Site, its content, tools, delay or remove hosted content and take technical and legal measures to keep users off the Site due to any reason subjected to digitalcartofcards.com's sole discretion, including without limitation as a result of: (i) Violation of these Terms of Use, including without limitations, failure to pay for any Transaction; or (ii) Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Site or another User's account or providing assistance to others' attempting to do so; or (iii) digitalcartofcards.com has reasonable suspicion that a Transaction involves illegal activity, including without limitations, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other crime; or (iv) digitalcartofcards.com reasonably suspects that Your Account or any Transaction is related to prohibited use or is non-compliant with any applicable laws or regulations; or (v) digitalcartofcards.com is requested to do so by a court order, law enforcement or other government or regulatory order or if Your Account is subject to litigation or investigation; or (vi) subject to Company's discretion, You abuse the Services provided by digitalcartofcards.com , including opening multiple accounts and/or taking advantages of promotions in bad faith; or (vii) Any of digitalcartofcards.com's third party providers denies providing You the Services; or (viii) if digitalcartofcards.com believes such Users are creating problems or possible legal liabilities; or (ix) force majeure events, including operational and technical errors. Linking to the terms above mentioned, digitalcartofcards.com may, subject to its sole discretion terminate the Services or refuse to open an account to any user or terminate any use by You to digitalcartofcards.com.
- Upon any suspension, termination, or cancellation of a Transaction, digitalcartofcards.com is under no obligation to allow You to reinstate such transaction and may not provide You the same terms as any cancelled transaction.
- As a part of our security protocol, User agrees to receive email notifications for transactions and logins. The options on unsubscribing such emails is available in any such emails.
- Users may terminate their account at any time by giving written request and notice to digitalcartofcards.com. No termination fee shall apply, except User will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding payment obligations to digitalcartofcards.com existing as of the effective date of termination and to settle any pending transactions. digitalcartofcards.com reserves the right to suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.
